Hotel Housekeeper
Hourly Rate $17/HR.
Housekeeper's Mission: The housekeeping's mission is to create a clean and luxurious experience, by keeping the Hotel organized so that it has a good presentation. Continuously raising the level of the guest's experience and exceed the expectations.

maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the guest's room and common areas
-
organize work schedule from the room status list, arrivals and departures
-
distribute linen, towels and room supplies using wheeled carts or by hand
-
restock room supplies such as drinking glasses, soaps, shampoos, writing supplies
-
replace dirty linens with clean items
-
store all dirty laundry in line with company policy
-
collaborate with other hotel staff members to ensure efficient operations
-
check all appliances in rooms are in working order
-
realign furniture and amenities according to safety protocols
-
maintaining a friendly and authentic tone when taking request
-
respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills, broken glasses
-
responding to guest request promptly and fulfilling them on time
-
organize and restock cart at the end of the shift
-
ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms
-
follow all company safety and security procedures
-
report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
-
observe and report damage of hotel property
-
good communication skills including the ability to listen carefully and ask the right questions to gain clarification
- Declining a request politely if it goes against hotel policies
-
distribute supplies to room as needed per request of guest, pillows, towels, blankets, rollaway, toiletry supplies, pack and play
-
clean guest rooms in a timely manner
Knowledge and Experience
-
knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
-
knowledge of cleaning sensitive materials
-
working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
-
physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend
-
ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 50lbs)

Position Requirements
- Colleagues must be able to work a flexible work schedule as needed; including nights and weekends;
- Colleagues must be able to rotate shifts as needed;
- Colleagues must be able to be on their feet for 8-12 hours during their shift;
