Performs routine general maintenance throughout all of Hendrick Medical Center. Make repairs as directed.

- Driver License; clear driving record

- Hand and power tools
- May be exposed to all types of weather conditions
- May be exposed to risk of diseases
- May be exposed to electrical; mechanical power equipment
- Works in precarious or high locations (ladders; scaffolding; etc)
- Occasionally subject to irregular hours
- Involved with neonates; infants; adolescents; adults and geriatric patients
