Responsibilities:
1. Conduct virtual counseling sessions with individuals seeking mental health support.
2. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
3. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
4. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, responsive care for clients.
5. Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities.
6. Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all client interactions.
Qualifications:
1. Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling or a related field.
2. Current New Jersey state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
3. Experience in providing virtual counseling services is preferred.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
6. Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical counseling experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Specialized training or certification in a specific therapeutic approach.
2. Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health concerns.
3. Tech-savvy with proficiency in virtual counseling platforms.
