Are you passionate about music and early childhood education? Alianza Preschool is seeking a dynamic and experienced part-time Preschool Music Teacher to join our team! This position offers the opportunity to inspire and engage young minds through music in a nurturing and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement music lesson plans tailored to infants through preschool-aged children.
- Utilize a variety of manipulatives, including instruments, dancing scarves, and other creative materials to enhance the learning experience.
- Foster a love for music by engaging students in active participation and exploration.
- Manage a classroom of up to 18 children, adapting to varying age groups and individual needs.
- Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages creativity and self-expression.
Qualifications:
- Experience teaching music to young children (infants to preschool age).
- Strong knowledge of music education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create an engaging and interactive classroom environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
