Autonomous Registered Nurse Entrepreneurs Wanted: Opportunity to become an RN Test Observer!
This is an opportunity to join D & S Diversified Technologies - Headmaster LLP, the official testing company for nurse aides in your state. We are actively recruiting Registered Nurses to serve as Test Observers for the skills portion of the exam.
This position is ideal for RNs who have long-term care experience or experience caring for the chronically ill and are looking for a rewarding, flexible, self-scheduled position.
Role of an RN Test Observer:
- Observe the skills portion of the nurse aide exam.
- Work in four-hour blocks, testing approximately eight candidates.
- Utilize our computerized system to check whether candidates perform the required pre-selected skills.
Compensation and Impact:
- Payment is based on the number of skills tests and knowledge tests administered.
- The base rate for a skills test is approximately $35 per candidate, which takes 30 minutes or less to complete.
- Many of our current observers describe this as the best nursing job they have ever had due to the autonomy and impact it has on addressing the nurse aide shortage.
Qualifications:
- Must have an LLC.
- Current, unencumbered RN License.
- At least one year of experience providing care for the elderly or the chronically ill of any age.
