A Customer Support Representative is needed to interact with customers by providing information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Skills preferred include proven communication skills, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic knowledge base, excellent customer service and clerical skills, including Microsoft Office 365. Applicants will be 18+, with the ability to sit at a desk or stand on concrete 8 hrs/day and lift/move 50 +/- pounds occasionally. Full-time hourly position with medical/dental benefits. Wage DOE.
