We are seeking an experienced Grease/Lube Technician to perform preventative maintenance and lubrication services on a variety of heavy equipment, trucks, and support vehicles. This position will work out of both the shop and a field lube truck, servicing equipment on active job sites as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently.

Perform routine greasing, lubrication, and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment and fleet vehicles

Operate a shop and field lube truck to service equipment at project sites and in the yard

Check, change, and top off fluids including engine oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, and gear oil

Inspect equipment for leaks, worn components, and maintenance concerns

Identify and report mechanical issues, damage, or safety concerns to supervisors or mechanics

Maintain service intervals and complete required maintenance documentation accurately

Assist with minor maintenance and support shop mechanics as needed

Keep lube truck, tools, and service areas clean, organized, and properly stocked

Follow all company safety procedures and job site requirements

Previous experience as a Grease/Lube Technician, heavy equipment service technician, or similar maintenance role required

Experience servicing construction and heavy civil equipment preferred

Strong understanding of lubrication schedules, fluid service, and preventative maintenance practices

Ability to work in both shop and field environments

Ability to work independently and manage daily service responsibilities

Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills

Valid driver’s license required

Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather and job site conditions
