Solar Roast Coffee in Pueblo, CO is looking for one general manager to join our 22 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, good at communication and reliable. This position is required to work 35-40 hours a week, weekends required.
Starting pay rate is $18/hr +cash/card tips (this brings it to ~$22.00-$24.00/hr)

Responsibilities

Oversee daily business operations
- Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Manage profit and loss figures
