More Lane Inc. is the owner of OLD TREND and TSD Brand, specializing in premium handbags, leather accessories, footwear, and lifestyle products. We sell through leading retailers and marketplaces including Shopify, Amazon, Macy's, Nordstrom, Target Plus, Belk, QVC, AAFES, Faire, and other eCommerce channels.
We are looking for a highly organized, technology-driven eCommerce Operations Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple online sales channels, working with AI tools, launching new products, improving operational efficiency, and helping grow an established fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across multiple eCommerce platforms and wholesale marketplaces.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, specifications, images, and inventory.
- Launch new products across all online sales channels on a weekly and seasonal basis.
- Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, generate product content, and optimize daily operations.
- Monitor inventory, product availability, pricing accuracy, and online merchandising across all platforms.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal collections, and digital merchandising.
- Monitor website and marketplace performance, analyze traffic, conversion rates, and sales metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Manage customer service inquiries and coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and vendor communications.
- Support wholesale account management, purchase order processing, and marketplace compliance.
- Maintain organized documentation, reports, SOPs, and operational schedules.
- Assist with special projects and continuously improve operational processes.
QualificationsRequired
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, online marketplace management, or digital retail.
- Strong experience with Shopify and major online marketplaces.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable learning new software and AI-powered business tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Fashion, apparel, footwear, handbags, or consumer products industry experience is highly preferred.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
