Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure accurate, compliant accounting practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and proven leadership experience managing finance teams. This role offers an opportunity to support organizational growth through effective financial management and strategic oversight.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor hotel staff accountants, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while providing guidance and support.
- Review property-level financial reports, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all reports.
- Analyze P&L variances and conduct monthly reviews, and present financial insights with property-level management.
- Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and promptly inform the Executive Committee of any anticipated shortfalls.
- Oversee debt covenant reporting and ensure compliance with lending agreements.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and reporting as needed.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
