Position: HVAC Lead Installer
Pay: $32.00 to $40.00+ per hour (based on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with some weekends and evenings
What you will be doing:
- Residential Retrofit / Changeout installation

Some light commercial Retrofit / Changeouts

Leading install jobs

Fully experienced in Start-to-Finish Installations of: Full cut-ins, Retrofits, heat pumps, ultra-low-nox, R454B, Single Head Mini Split, Multi-Head Mini Split, VRF Systems, Duct Systems and Light Commercial equipment

System Diagnostics

Installing ductwork
-
Duct Cleaning

Installing Gas Pipe and Trac Pipe

Installing Refrigerant Lines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer

Proven ability to complete residential retrofit/changeout installations from start to finish

Experience installing:

Heat Pumps
-
Ultra Low NOx systems
-
R-454B equipment
-
SingleMulti-Zone Mini Splits
-
VRF Systems
-
Light Commercial Equipment
-
EPA Certification required
-
NATE Certification preferred (or willing to obtain after hire)

Valid California Driver's License with acceptable driving record

Ability to lead and mentor installation team members

Excellent customer service and communication skills
