Natural Trends is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team. This full-time position involves product labeling, shipping and receiving support, and helping maintain an organized, efficient production environment.
Responsibilities
- Label products by hand and with labeling equipment
- Inspect products for accuracy and quality
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory organization
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Stay productive during downtime by helping with cleaning, organizing, stocking, and other support tasks
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Follow safety procedures and work collaboratively with the team
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Shipping and receiving experience preferred
- Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
- Must able to lift up to 40 lbs often throughout the day
- Ability to communicate and follow instructions in English
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- No nights or weekends
Candidates selected after the virtual interview will complete a dexterity test to evaluate hand speed and accuracy.
