We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Advisor Services & Marketing Coordinator to support our advisors, maintain our marketing standards, and help drive the day-to-day operations of our growing brokerage.

Position Overview
The Advisor Services & Marketing Coordinator serves as a key member of the Engel & Völkers Pensacola team. This role combines advisor support, CRM administration, marketing coordination, event planning, and office operations.
You will work closely with brokerage leadership and advisors to ensure smooth onboarding, consistent brand execution, and a first-class experience for both advisors and clients.
ResponsibilitiesAdvisor Services & Support
- Coordinate onboarding and setup for new advisors
- Provide support for CRM systems, marketing tools, and advisor resources
- Assist advisors with marketing requests, branding questions, and technology support
- Maintain organized advisor records, documents, and operational processes
- Help ensure a consistent and professional advisor experience across the brokerage
CRM & Systems Administration
- Manage and maintain Lofty CRM and related advisor support systems
- Assist with user setup, lead routing, campaigns, and database organization
- Monitor data quality and help maintain system integrity
- Provide basic troubleshooting and training support for advisors
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing materials
- Assist with social media management and content scheduling
- Maintain listing and shop marketing assets
- Support email marketing campaigns and advisor communications
- Ensure marketing materials align with Engel & Völkers brand standards
Events & Community Engagement
- Coordinate advisor meetings, training events, client appreciation events, and networking functions
- Assist with open houses and community engagement initiatives
- Manage event logistics, materials, and follow-up communications
Office Operations
- Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and operational needs
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist brokerage leadership with special projects and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration, marketing, real estate, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
- Experience with CRM systems preferred (Lofty, Salesforce, kvCORE, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and commitment to providing exceptional service
- Self-starter who can work independently and proactively solve problems

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
