American Roof and Remodel is a growing roofing and restoration company serving El Paso and surrounding areas. We handle everything from insurance claim inspections to full roof replacements. Your job is to show up, inspect, and close.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Door knock and cold call homeowners who need a roof inspection
- Conduct a professional roof inspection and document damage with photos
- Walk homeowners through the insurance claim process and their options
- Present our services, handle objections, and close the contract
- Submit signed Service Agreements and Construction Contracts to the office
- Build trust with homeowners and generate referrals
- Attend adjuster meetings and advocate for the full scope of damage
WHAT YOU'LL EARN
You earn 10% of the total contract value on every roof you close. Close 3–5 roofs a month and you can realistically earn $4,000–$8,000/month. There is no ceiling — your income is 100% in your hands.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Roofing sales experience OR a strong background in outside sales (door-to-door, real estate, car sales, insurance, etc.) — preferred but not required if you are coachable
- Confident communicator — you build trust quickly and handle objections well
- Self-driven — commission-only means you control every dollar you earn
- Knowledge of the insurance claims process is a major plus
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license — required
- Smartphone capable of taking high-quality photos
- Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops
- Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred for the El Paso market
- Must be local to El Paso, TX — no exceptions
