Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems such as AS400 to track inventory movements and update records accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other equipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and data entry into inventory management software.
- Assist with shipping logistics, including preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and managing order fulfillment processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal requests promptly and ensuring timely order processing.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and inventory management software.
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is a plus.
- Basic math skills for counting items, measuring quantities, and verifying shipments accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting tasks.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining safety standards.

Pay: $20.30 - $24.70 per hour
