This position is for the afternoon shift only 2pm to 10pm shifts. If you can not work this shift please do not submit a resume for this Job posting! This position requires hands on assistance for bathing, dressing, grooming, tube feeding, following eating guidelines and meal plans when cooking, cleaning, laundry, administering medication. transporting residents to and from outings, doctor's appointments etc. Must be CLS trained with a valid driver's license and a clean criminal background. CPR & FA preferred. Brief changes needed. Valid Driver's license for transporting residents out in the community and on Doctor's appointments. Must have all DWC trainings online up to date. Champs account needed for this home also. Must be willing to complete any needed trainings for employment
