Water Well Drilling company in Comstock Park, MI seeking a well driller, driller's assistant and service technician to work with us year-round, full-time. We offer health and dental after initial 90-day period, as well as additional fringe benefits (such as uniforms, cell phone allowance).
**Candidate MUST have clean driving record and have reliable transportation** You provide transportation to the office, and then a work vehicle will be provided to go from job to job.
Helpful skills include:
-operating a backhoe or trencher
-plumbing, excavating, and mechanical skills
-enjoying working outside, within a 50 mile radius of Grand Rapids
-a CDL is a plus, but not required up front. It would be required within 6 months of employment
We offer competitive wages based on skill levels. Typical starting range is between ($20-30/hr) depending on experience. Experience well driller's can earn more. Typical hours are Monday thru Friday from 7:30am to 5pm and some rotating weekends. Overtime is also required in spring, summer and fall.
