The Program Supervisor role entails a variety of responsibilities the most important is to ensure the members are safe at all times.
You will be responsible for schedules and making sure all shifts are covered and staff understand their roles and responsibilities
You will ensure that all members have all their medications
You will ensure the house has food and supplies at all times
IRs are to be documented in a timely manner, you will let your Program Director know of all IRs in a timely manner
You are responsible to call your Program Director and or 911 depending on the seriousness of the injury
You are responsible to ensure that staff are documenting hourly/daily to meet state requirements
There may be other responsibilities/tasks your Program Director asks you to do.
