We are seeking an exceptional Architect to join our expanding team. Position Summary
We’re looking for a rare talent—a prodigy... an Architect who thinks like an artist but builds like an engineer. Someone who craves originality, thrives in luxury, and is obsessed with creating the extraordinary. You will be responsible for ideating and developing residential architectural designs for custom homes, large-scale remodels, commercial and distinctive estate projects that reflect the vision of our clients and the elevated standards of our brand.
What You’ll Do
- Lead conceptual architectural design for custom residential homes and luxury renovations
- Create unique and inspired floorplans, elevations, and 3D massing studies
- Partner closely with our DESIGN/BUILD interior design and construction teams to ensure seamless execution
- Guide projects from schematic design through permitting and construction documentation
- Solve architectural challenges with creativity, precision, and grace under pressure
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their visions are brought to life in remarkable ways
- Integrate sustainable and site-responsive design strategies without sacrificing beauty
- Contribute to designs destined for publication, recognition, and accolades
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Architect (Nevada and/or California strongly REQUIRRED)
- 3+ years of professional experience in high-end residential architecture
- A portfolio that stops people in their tracks—sophisticated, bold, innovative
- Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering software
- Deep understanding of materials, codes, construction detailing, and structural integration
- Outstanding spatial awareness and concept storytelling through sketches and visuals
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a true team collaborator
- A passion for excellence, artistry, and luxury design
- Desire to build business and earn partnership

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
