Landscape Laborer
We're looking for motivated, dependable Landscape Laborers to join our growing team. In this role you'll perform a variety of landscape maintenance and construction tasks across commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Planting, mulching, laying sod, and building hardscape features for landscape projects
- Operating and maintaining lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Performing general landscape maintenance including weeding, mulching, and debris cleanup
- Loading and unloading equipment and materials from trucks and trailers
- Maintaining a clean, professional appearance and job site at all times
- Following safety protocols and procedures on every job
- Providing excellent customer-facing service when on client properties
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive manual tasks
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Previous landscaping or construction experience strongly preferred
