```Duties```
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team, who has at least 1 year of dental experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming patients
-Treatment and phase out patient treatments
-Offer monthly payment plans
-Updating Health History and Personal and Insurance Information
-Insurance Verification when needed
- seat them into their operatory and check their blood pressure and clinically check them in
-Digitally scan their teeth when needed
-Answering multi line phone calls
-Be a multi-tasker with back office assistance at any time when needed.
-Fill the hygiene and doctor schedule when there are openings
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Providing general information to patients
- Ensuring the reception area, patient restroom are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience as a dental Receptionist and dental assistant is preferred
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with dental office software systems such as Dentrix and Xray software Dexis
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook and Twitter
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of front desk operations including phone systems and appointment scheduling
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
