Job Description: Structural Precast Concrete Laborer
Job Type: Full-time
Key responsibilities:
Forming and preparation: Cleaning, preparing, and staging forms for concrete pouring.
Reinforcement placement: Placing steel reinforcing bars or wire mesh into the forms according to design specifications to ensure structural integrity.
Concrete placement: Pouring concrete into the forms, vibrating it to remove air pockets, and finishing the surface.
Curing and finishing: After the concrete sets, workers remove the forms and assist in moving the cured products to storage. They may also apply specific finishes to the product surface.
Site support: Assisting with other tasks that support the production process, which can include working with other teams to increase productivity.
Required skills and qualifications:
**Physical ability: Ability to stand for long periods, lift, push, and pull up to 75-90 lbs, crawl, and climb ladders. UNDERSTAND TEAM LIFTING WHEN NEEDED.
**MUST ok with working in all weather elements (Cold, Hot , Windy and working in a dusty environment.**
Attention to detail: Meticulous placement of reinforcement and finishing are critical for the structural integrity and quality of the final product.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with other team members to support the production schedule.
Basic math skills.
Must be able to follow instructions from Foremen, Lead's, Superintendent and Safety Managers.
MUST BE ABLE TO FOLLOW OSHA SAFETY GUIDELINES.
Schedule:
Day shift, Average is 6AM-2:30 PM, Overtime is available
Monday through Friday. Weekends as needed.

Ability to arrive to work on time.
MUST BE ABLE TO FOLLOW WEEKLY SCHEDULE WITH MINAMAL CALLOUTS AND EARLY LEAVING.
Compensation:
Starting Wage $20.50 - $25.00 depending on skill set
