35 Hours Per Week. Starting Pay $40,000-$45000 With Bonuses
FCNB Insurance | Chastain Insurance Group is looking for a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. We are a local independent insurance agency, located in south Springfield, that represents 25 personal and commercial insurance companies.
The opening is for a Customer Service Representative who will handle the daily customer service duties of the agency. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for serving the daily needs of our customers and quoting new and current clients.
* Responsibilities * Answer phones, respond to customer emails. Maintain customer accounts. Follow up on documentation and filed claims. Quote new and existing customers. P & C license is preferred. Prior insurance experience preferred * must be organized * and have a good attitude.
Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred.
Hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday with a one hour lunch.
Benefits include annual bonus, vacation and 401K. Health Insurance is NOT provided.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
