About the Role
As a Delivery and Assembly Specialist, you will provide premium white-glove service by transporting and installing high-end fitness equipment directly to customer homes. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through professional handling, precise mechanical assembly, and clear communication.
Responsibilities-
Execute the pickup of fitness equipment from local distribution centers and perform safe, damage-free delivery to residential locations.

Assemble complex fitness machines according to manufacturer specifications using professional-grade hand and power tools.

Coordinate with a dedicated helper to manage the handling of large, bulky items and ensure efficient site setup.

Maintain high standards of service by providing a seamless, professional experience for every customer.

Utilize mobile technology to manage delivery schedules, document completion, and communicate effectively with dispatch.

Ensure all equipment is fully functional and properly installed before departing the customer site.
Qualifications-
Ownership or lease of a Sprinter van or box truck (lift gate preferred).

Ability to provide a reliable, dedicated helper for two-person delivery teams.

Proven mechanical aptitude and experience with product assembly.

Possession of an active EIN (Federal Tax ID).

Commitment to passing comprehensive background, drug, and motor vehicle record screenings.

Prior experience in white-glove delivery or furniture/equipment installation.

Familiarity with DOT/MC compliance regulations for commercial vehicles.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail during assembly tasks.
