Facial Aesthetics is growing and we are seeking a passionate and energetic Aesthetic Injector to join our dynamic team. As an Aesthetic Injector, you will be responsible for administering cosmetic treatments to clients, enhancing their appearance, and ensuring patient satisfaction through personalized care and attention to detail. You will also join our wellness team where you will deliver hormone replacement therapy, GLP's and participate in lab draws as needed. You will work closely with our medical team to deliver safe and effective cosmetic procedures in a supportive and professional environment.
Position Requirements
- Consult with clients to assess their aesthetic goals and medical history.
- Provide recommendations and develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Perform Aesthetic and Wellness treatments and procedures including but not limited to; Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, GLPs, Pellet Insertions, Blood Draws, and other aesthetic rejuvenation treatments.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate treatment results, adjusting techniques as necessary.
- Educate clients on skincare and post-treatment care instructions.
- Respond to patient questions and employee concerns in a timely, professional manner
- Uphold clinic standards of cleanliness, sterilization, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with medical professionals and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques in aesthetic medicine.
- Assist with special projects, events, Grass Roots and promotions as needed.
- Adhere to all corporate, departmental, and operational policies and procedures.
- Possess a working knowledge of all Facial Aesthetics services and products.
- Attend continuing education opportunities as needed
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism.
- Maintain patient confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines
- Communicate with Clinic Manager regarding inventory needs
- Meet monthly KPI’s set by the management team
Qualifications Required for Aesthetic Injector:
- Valid RN/BSN/NP/PA licenses in the State of Colorado
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin conditions, and cosmetic procedures.
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
- Commitment to maintaining professional development and continuing education in aesthetic medicine.
Salary:
$32.00 - $38.00/ Hour plus monthly commission on service and product revenue and monthly bonus potential.
