Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational Execution:
- Execute manufacturing processes according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure proper functionality and adherence to production specifications.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct in-process quality checks to verify product conformity with established quality standards.
- Identify and report any deviations or issues in the manufacturing process to the supervisor.
Assembly and Inspection:
- Assemble components and sub-assemblies as per assembly instructions.
- Perform visual and mechanical inspections to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the assembled products.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities, including quantities produced, materials used, and any deviations from the standard process.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality control, and maintenance, to address production issues and optimize processes.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the supervisor.
Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall product quality.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient communication (written and verbal), listening, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to function in a high stress environment.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and tools.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to handle on the go changes and shift in directives.
