The Central Referral Coordinator oversees and manages LUK’s central referral team and processes. This position is crucial to the success of collecting information on referrals throughout the agency, and ensuring a seamless consumer experience. The successful candidate must have strong communication, customer service, and organization skills. The ability to support consumers in a professional customer service manner is a must. The Central Referral Coordinator is required to have excellent data collection and computer skills to ensure accuracy of information collected. The candidate will work together with our clinic practice team, as well as front desk. This full-time position reports to the Director of Information, and sits within Operations at LUK.
Qualifications include 1-2 years working in a healthcare-related field or medical office setting, proficient/advanced tech skills, strong organizational skills, and a passion for working in the human services field! Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality policies are a must, as well as understanding and familiarity with insurances.
