Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team in delivering exceptional quick-service dining experiences. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure food safety and quality standards are met, and foster a positive environment for staff and customers alike. Your leadership will make and show calmness, confidence and warmth for the team members and the team will look to you for directions. We are seeking someone who leads not by raising their voice but by raising the standard, someone who can carry heat, hold their ground, and still create a space that feels welcoming, sharp, and full of life.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Leadership and Culture by maintaining a warm, disciplined, ego-free environment.
- Mentor supervisors and identify future leaders and hold staff accountable with fairness and clarity.
- Walk the floor during peak hours, engage with guests and elevate their experience and resolve complaints with grace.
- Ensure table service flows smoothly and attentively and maintain a sharp, clean, welcoming FOH.
- Ensure food consistency, tempo, and presentation, along with maintaining accurate inventory and ordering.
- Keep waste low and standards high.
- Manage staff schedules based on sales and labor goals and oversee opening and closing routines.
- Handle deposits, cash variance, and POS audits, maintain labor percentage targets and report weekly performance to leadership.
- Coach staff proactively, hold regular feedback sessions, build confidence, clarity, and accountability and encourage constant improvement in every station.
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership in hospitality preferred.
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management skills and proven ability to lead under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST POS; experience with cash handling and transaction reconciliation essential.
- Knowledge of food safety management practices, inventory control techniques, and food industry standards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage managerial responsibilities confidently.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Compensation
Compensation will be determined according to the candidate's experience.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
