Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential rental properties
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Utilize a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and document work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a supervisory or leadership position
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proficiency in using a CMMS for work order management and tracking
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented mindset
