Full-Time Lead Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facility (Bronx, NY)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys leadership, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while remaining clinically engaged.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Rehab Director in the supervision and support of the rehabilitation department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as therapy aides
- Provide leadership and guidance to therapy staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Support therapists with clinical problem-solving, patient needs, and treatment plan modifications
- Ensure efficient department operations in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Rehab Director regarding scheduling, workflow, and staff performance
- Promote compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation standards
- Maintain a partial clinical caseload as determined by the Rehab Director
- Support adherence to quality, accuracy, and timeliness of documentation
Qualifications
- Valid New York professional license (PT, OT, or SLP)
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program
