Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach activities to recruit eligible families and promote program participation through engaging presentations and community events.
- Assist families in completing enrollment paperwork accurately and efficiently, guiding them through the application process with clear communication.
- Maintain detailed records of enrollment data, attendance, and eligibility information using specialized software such as Ellucian or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with educational staff to ensure compliance with federal and state ERSEA regulations, including eligibility verification and documentation review.
- Serve as a liaison between families, community organizations, and educational institutions to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Provide ongoing support to families by offering resources related to education, health, and social services.
- Participate in training sessions on topics such as public speaking, recruiting strategies, and university-level education administration to enhance service delivery skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Childplus or comparable education management systems is highly desirable.
- Background in education administration or working within university or early childhood education settings.
- Strong recruiting skills with the ability to engage effectively with families and community stakeholders.
- Experience working directly with students or families in educational or social service environments.
- Knowledge of university processes, teaching methodologies, or academic advising is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in recordkeeping and compliance documentation.
