RR Manufacturing is hiring experienced Welders in Broussard, LA.
We are looking for dependable welders who can commute to Broussard and are ready to start immediately. If you have experience welding carbon steel, stainless steel, structural components, piping, equipment, or fabricated parts, we'd like to hear from you.

Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux Core welding

Repair and fabricate equipment, piping, structural supports, and metal components

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols

Fit, tack, and assemble components for welding

Grind, cut, clean, and prepare materials for fabrication and repair
-
Inspect completed welds and perform rework when needed

Maintain welding equipment and tools

Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

2–5+ years of welding experience in industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, or repair environments

Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings

Experience welding carbon steel and stainless steel
-
Strong fabrication and fit-up skills
-
Experience using grinders, plasma cutters, oxy-fuel cutting equipment, and measuring tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Broussard, LA

Welding certification or technical school training

Experience with MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux Core welding

Experience in fabrication shops, industrial facilities, shipyards, or oilgas environments

Experience with structural steel, piping, skids, vessels, or equipment repairs

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
