Legal Billing Specialist

As the Billing Specialist professional you will handle the entire legal billing process for multiple attorneys across several offices.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and reviewing billing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain the A/R ledger
- Coordinating with attorneys and clients to resolve billing/collection discrepancies or disputes
- Tracking and managing budgets for legal projects
Qualifications:
- Current / prior legal environment billing experience is preferred.
- Elite, 3E, Aderant or similar legal billing software experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
