We operate in a professional environment, working directly with independent financial advisors to support and protect their businesses. Position Overview
Target Earnings: $100,000 to $150,000 (base + commission)
Monday through Friday position, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (4:30 on Friday)

We’re hiring an experienced Sales Consultant to join our consultative sales team.
At Financial Advisor Benefits, we intentionally use the title Consultant because our approach is advisory — not transactional. This is a professional, B2B consultative sales role within a growing firm, ideal for a driven sales professional who wants six-figure earning potential within a structured, team-supported environment.
This position is designed for someone who thrives in a performance-based role, operates with integrity, and enjoys serving clients at a high level.
Responsibilities
- Consult Independent Financial Advisors on exclusive group benefit programs
- Conduct structured, consultative sales conversations (no transactional selling)
- Actively close new business and oversee follow-up through implementation
- Maintain consistent communication with advisors throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal support team (“A Team”) for onboarding and administration
- Develop deep knowledge of our exclusive products, enrollment platforms, and systems
- Contribute to a professional, team-oriented sales culture

Compensation
- Base salary + robust commission structure
- Six-figure earning potential ($100K–$150K+)

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B (business-to-business) sales experience
- Minimum 5 years of non-retail sales experience
- Strong closing ability within a consultative sales framework
- Professional communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with competitive drive
- Willing to obtain Life & Health Insurance license (we assist with licensing)
