Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Aircraft Interior Technician to join our dynamic aviation maintenance team. Duties
- Perform detailed inspections, repairs, and installations of aircraft interior components including seating, panels, carpeting, lighting, and cabinetry using hand tools, power tools, and specialized industrial tools.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) models to accurately execute fabrication and assembly tasks.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to ensure components meet strict specifications.
- Responsible for open & close up, seat rows, sidewalls, stow bins & monuments.
- Supports aircraft maintenance and modification projects while ensuring all work is performed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations governing aircraft maintenance practices and safety procedures.
- Ability to operate power tools, torque wrenches, hand tools, specialized industrial equipment, and vehicle maintenance tools safely.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for engineering issues related to mechanical systems repair or assembly processes.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently while maintaining safety standards.
