Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Wireless Sales Representative to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product features, and driving sales of wireless devices and accessories. Duties
- Assist customers in selecting wireless products and services that meet their needs through personalized product demos and consultations
- Promote upselling of accessories, plans, and additional services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain an organized and attractive merchandise display, including stocking shelves and merchandising products effectively
- Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments efficiently
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or scheduling appointments
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for all shoppers
- Support supervising staff with inventory management tasks as needed
- Maintain knowledge of current wireless industry trends, promotions, and new products to inform customers effectively
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and upsell additional products or services
- Familiarity with merchandising, stocking, and retail sales operations
