Summary
Provides inside sales and external customer support to the sales team by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Supports the SBCs (Small Business Customers) through regular calls, sales, and follow up
- Develops new leads, maintains customer relationships, and meets sales targets using communication
- Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports for sales results, bidding, and follow-up information.
- Resolves daily exceptions with a focus on pro-active reductions in overall number of exceptions.
- Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence regarding purchase orders, change orders, bid documents, letters of intent, and other records.
- Composes and types bids for sales account managers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems, and prepare sales reports
- Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer.
- Processes job packages, related files and distribution.
- Answers and screens telephone calls of the GA Sales Line
- Identify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, mailing lists, and industry research, as well as handling inbound leads
- Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
- Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
- Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance.
- Cross-trains with other customer experience positions (Residential Sales Coordinator, Customer Fulfillment Reps)

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree desired; or equivalent education and experience combination
- Inside sales experience desired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Professional demeanor and telephone manner essential
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Command of spelling, punctuation, grammar and proofreading
- Team based interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Desired Inside Sales or sales experience
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
