Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HOA Inspection Admin to join our team! In this role, you will coordinate and manage property inspections, ensuring compliance with HOA regulations and community standards. Your accuracy will help facilitate smooth communication between residents, vendors, and management, while maintaining accurate records and supporting property maintenance initiatives. Duties
- Schedule and coordinate property inspections with vendors, residents, and management teams to ensure timely compliance checks.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, violations, and follow-up actions using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite.
- Review inspection reports for accuracy and completeness, following up on any discrepancies or outstanding issues.
- Assist in preparing legal documentation related to violations or disputes, ensuring all procedures align with landlord-tenant law.
- Support the enforcement of community standards by managing violation notices, tracking resolutions, and filing relevant documentation.
- Handle data entry tasks efficiently within Buildium software
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email by addressing inquiries professionally and courteously.
EXPERIENCE
- Prior real estate sale, inspections or administrative experience in property management or real estate is highly preferred. Ability to work as an independent contractor proferred.
- Demonstrated ability in conflict management, and handling sensitive situations professionally.
- Strong customer service skills combined with excellent phone etiquette are vital for success in this role.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is key.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
