As a Sales Associate, you’ll receive sales training that helps you explain Verizon Fios’ plans, pricing, and installation steps without complexity. The Sales Associate builds a customer-focused sales style that makes Verizon Fios easy to understand, guides them through fast availability checks, and supports them with a clear, confident sales approach.
Responsibilities of the Sales Associate
- Engage with customers in person to share how Verizon Fios keeps households productive and entertained with reliable fiber internet and flexible TV options.
- Find out what matters most to each customer’s connectivity and tailor suggestions that feel personal and move sales talks along.
- Highlight unlimited Fios data as a major benefit for customers who stream in 4K, download often, or use multiple devices at once.
- Help answer common service questions involving Verizon Fios internet reliability, connected devices, and entertainment features.
- Maintain customer interest through organized follow-up communication tied to Verizon Fios sales opportunities.
- Support ongoing sales success by helping customers be confident about choosing Verizon Fios for their home internet and TV services.
