Duties
- Lead and manage the outside sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers
- Drive business development efforts through targeted B2B (business-to-business) sales initiatives and networking
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales performance data
- Conduct technical sales presentations, explaining roofing products and solutions tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Oversee account management by maintaining strong relationships with key clients and resolving service issues promptly
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, management, or business development within the roofing or construction industry
- Strong background in B2B sales, marketing, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing data
- Demonstrated ability in technical sales, negotiation, and customer service excellence

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
