Right now that means driving water trucks and moving rigs and equipment for our drilling team, and keeping those trucks and rigs mechanically sound. We want a problem-solver who owns the fleet like it's their own. You may lend a hand on the crew where we need help. We pay for the certifications and development that expand what you can do here. What you'll do: - Drive water trucks and safely transport rigs, equipment, and materials to and from job sites - Perform and track maintenance on trucks, rigs, and equipment - Diagnose mechanical issues and keep downtime low - Support the crew on site as needed - Travel across our service area, typically day trips, with multi-day drilling-support runs at times Why TSD: You'll learn more here, and faster, than almost anywhere else. - Valid CDL, or the ability to obtain one (we'll pay for it for the right person)
