Meadowbrook Manor Bolingbrook is expanding their staffing and is now hiring Full and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.) for Day shift and PM shift.

Shift and Weekend Differentials
$2,000 sign on bonus paid quarterly for Full-Time candidates
Responsibilities
- Assist registered nurses and physicians with patient care activities, including vital signs, medication administration, and basic clinical procedures.
- Support patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, and feeding, ensuring dignity and comfort.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Monitor patient conditions closely, reporting any changes or concerns promptly to the healthcare team.
- Prepare patient rooms and medical equipment, including the use of assistive devices like Hoyer lifts and ensuring aseptic techniques are followed during procedures.
- Provide specialized care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or behavioral health needs by implementing appropriate memory care strategies.
- Support infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment in accordance with hospital standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support (BLS).
- Experience working with diverse patient populations including individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs.
- Familiarity with PCC for accurate medical documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to always maintaining HIPAA compliance and safeguarding patient confidentiality.
- Valid Illinois CNA Certification in good standing
- Current CPR certificate a plus
- Must have excellent patient care and customer service skills.
- All candidates must have excellent written/verbal communication, documentation, and computer skills.
