We're expanding and excited to welcome both Full-Time and Part-Time Occupational Therapists to our team at Glen Meadows Retirement Community.

- Provide individualized, high-quality occupational therapy evaluations and treatments
- Help residents maintain independence and safely participate in the daily activities that matter most to them
- Support residents in aging in place safely and confidently for as long as possible
- Address self-care, functional mobility, adaptive equipment, home safety, and fall prevention needs
- Build meaningful relationships with residents across skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living settings
- Help residents understand the value of therapy and encourage engagement in services when appropriate
- Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume
- Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
- Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture
- Bring professionalism, compassion, and positive energy to every interaction
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- A genuine passion for working with older adults
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Confidence in building relationships and engaging residents in therapy services
- A commitment to providing thoughtful, high-quality care
