Bella Tuscany Ristorante Italiano in Windermere is hiring an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
We are a busy, upscale Italian restaurant looking for a cook who can work efficiently, follow recipes, maintain consistency, and handle high-volume service while keeping quality and presentation a priority.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing and cooking menu items according to restaurant standards
Working assigned stations during lunch and dinner service
Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation
Prepping ingredients and stocking the line
Following recipes, portion controls, and plating standards
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Working closely with the chef and kitchen team
Requirements:
Previous line cook experience required
Italian restaurant experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliable, organized, and able to work as part of a team
Must take pride in food quality and presentation
