Our Education Center is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our center. This is a key leadership support role responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional parent communication, and a well-coordinated academic schedule.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling and Operations Management
Create and manage a complex daily student and teacher schedule that changes frequently. Ensure accuracy and efficiency at all times.
Parent Communication and Service
Serve as the first point of contact for families. Answer phones, respond to questions, and manage scheduling requests with professionalism and care.
Teacher Coordination
Communicate with part-time teachers, manage schedules, and ensure classes run smoothly and on time.
Administrative Accuracy
Maintain student records, attendance, and internal systems with a high level of precision and organization.
Support Center Leadership
Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure the center operates efficiently and maintains a positive, professional environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in education or office administration is helpful but not required.

Hours
This is a full-time, exempt position and comes with company-subsidized medical insurance. We also have a 401k plan with matching, subject to eligibility requirements. Hours will include regular weekend and evening shifts. Paid vacation and training are also included. SCHEDULE IS MON-THURS 10:30-7:00 and SAT 9:00-3:00 (FRI, SUN off)
