As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that may require attention.

Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, provide directions, and/or assist with visitor-related questions.

Communicate with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, daily activity, and notable conditions observed during the shift.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

Be at least 21 years of age.

A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
