About the Role
As a Delivery and Installation Specialist, you will manage the final mile logistics process, ensuring that high-end consumer goods reach their destination safely and are professionally assembled. You will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction by providing reliable, white-glove service directly to residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities-
Execute daily delivery routes using a 26-foot box truck to transport goods from distribution centers to end-users.

Perform professional assembly and setup of home goods, ensuring all items are installed to manufacturer specifications.

Coordinate with your team partner to ensure efficient loading, securement, and unloading of freight.

Maintain high standards of service quality to enhance the customer experience during the final delivery phase.

Operate lift gate equipment safely to manage heavy or oversized items during transit and delivery.

Document all deliveries and service completions accurately to ensure timely processing of contract settlements.
Qualifications-
Ownership or lease of a 26-foot box truck equipped with a functional lift gate.

Active DOT and MC authority with valid insurance coverage.

Must operate as a two-person team with a dedicated helper.

Possession of a valid EIN for business contracting purposes.

Ability to pass comprehensive background checks, drug screenings, and MVR reviews for all team members.

1+ years of experience in final mile delivery and furniture or appliance installation.

Proven track record of managing logistics routes and customer-facing service.

Strong mechanical aptitude for the assembly of various consumer products.
