Responsible for coordinating import and export operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective transportation while meeting customer delivery requirements.
Logistics Coordination

Research and plan optimal transportation routes based on shipment requirements.

Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including import/export documentation.

Arrange packaging and transportation according to customer specifications and shipment characteristics.

Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third-party vendors.

Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers.

Prepare and manage shipping documents and customs-related paperwork.

Process freight payments and related charges.

Prepare customer quotations and ensure competitive pricing through vendor negotiations.

Issue invoices and maintain accurate shipping records.

Assist customers with shipment inquiries, claims, and issue resolution.

Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

High School Diploma or GED required.

At least 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, import/export, customer service, or a related field preferred.

Experience with shipping documentation and coordination is a plus.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
