About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our skilled therapy team. As an RT at Hudson Springs, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality respiratory care to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible treatment to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities
Provide respiratory therapy to residents, including oxygen therapy, inhalation therapy, and aerosol therapy
Conduct assessments to identify respiratory problems and develop individualized care plans
Implement and monitor respiratory therapy treatments, including ventilator management and weaning
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Document patient data and communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams
About You
Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field (minimum education level)
Current Respiratory Therapist (RT) certification (minimum certification)
