Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing and Compliance Coordinator to manage the end-to-end billing process for contracted service deliveries through the Unite Us platform. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and validating vendor delivery data, generating accurate invoices, uploading documentation to client cases, and maintaining internal billing trackers — all in compliance with payer requirements.
This role is ideal for professionals with a background in billing, healthcare administration, or financial operations who thrive in structured, process-driven environments and take pride in accuracy and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect delivery data — Obtain weekly delivery reports from all vendors and verify completeness, including client names, delivery dates, and quantities matching Unite Us records.
- Consolidate and validate data — Merge all vendor reports into a master file, validate totals, and resolve any discrepancies with vendors before invoice creation.
- Generate invoices — Create accurate invoices in Zoho reflecting approved services, delivery dates, and correct quantities, followed by a final quality review prior to submission.
- Upload to Unite Us — Upload completed invoices to each client's active case in Unite Us and confirm successful upload and proper case association.
- Update billing tracker — Mark cases as 'Billed in Unite Us' in the internal tracker and flag any missing documentation, pending corrections, or rejected invoices.
- Quality control and compliance — Perform routine cross-checks between vendor delivery reports, Zoho invoices, and Unite Us case documentation; escalate unresolved discrepancies to management.
